I met Claire at a shop near my house. Actually, I didn't meet her; I just noticed her talking to the manager. Something about her spoke of smarts and attitude. A few days later I went back to the store to ask the manager about Clair. He said she was 15, cool and played the drums. That's usually enough for me to go on so I tracked her down. God knows why a 15-year-old would agree to speak with me on camera, let alone open up the way she did, but I thank her for it.
